Inside one of Vetro's two-bedrooms
Posted 7/10/2008 by Joseph AskinsIn all the time that we've covered Roszak / ADC's Vetro, none of our staff has ever made it over for an actual tour of the building. Earlier this week, I met up with Millie Rosenbloom, a broker associate with Baird & Warner and the head of Vetro's new marketing team, to take a look at one of the high-rise's two-bedroom-plus-den units. Vetro is about 45 percent sold, and most units are ready for immediate delivery, Rosenbloom says.
It was a dreary day outside, so we didn't get a chance to look at the Vetro's outdoor terrace, but I plan to return in the next few days to do a follow-up on the building's amenities.

Way to go MILLIE!!! love your non existent enthusiasm! Maybe a more upbeat personality might push that 45% sold factor!

john,
Anyone who takes the time to show us - and you - around should be extended some minimal courtesy.
For all you know, someone could have had a close relative die, had a child kidnapped, or heard a cancer diagnosis prior to doing one of these videos.
If you want to continue being a juvenile jerk, please take your sorry act somewhere else. This is not a place that tolerates your kind of behavior.
Oh - and any one of thousands of people who've met Millie Rosenbloom will tell you that she brightens up any place she enters.

John,
Not everyone likes the cheeriness that most salespeople seem to exude. Some of us even consider it fake. I found nothing lacking in her demeanor or presentation. It was professional and well done.
Besides the salesperson/realtor shouldn't ever be a deciding factor in purchasing a place. (Unless you can't get a tour inside to see it).

I just watched the video, and suspect that I'd find john's approach to sales entirely toxic and off-putting.
