Belgravia introduces blog tracking 565 Quincy
Posted 3/30/2007 by JoelOne of the most interesting developments underway in the city right now has to be Belgravia Group's 565 Quincy, which sees a whopping 11-story new-construction glass tower getting heaped upon an existing seven-story warehouse, which is being converted to lofts. Seizing on the cachet of the project, Belgravia Group has started an interactive blog that will follow the development's progress. Articles have already been posted on the advanced structural work that was done on the existing building and the creation of the "Q Room," an amenity room with a bowling alley, fitness center, putting green and screening room. You can also read the backstory of Belgravia's acquisition of the property. The development has 241 condos priced from the $190s to the $400s.

I think a couple of levels of the loft building will be converted to parking, which puts a bad taste in the mouth of any historic rehab, if you ask me.
Might as well just demolish the thing than insult it so..
