The first residents recently moved into Kenect, a new apartment tower in the hot Fulton River District and are enjoying the soaring resident lounge.
The lounge includes a party room and a floating stair to a co-working space. A fourth-floor sundeck features a pool, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and a private dog run.
Kenect offers a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. Studios start at $1,745, 1-bedrooms at $2,145 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths at $3,470. Three-bedrooms aren’t currently available for occupancy.

Bike lanes along Halsted, Milwaukee and Grand provide quick access to River North, the Loop, Wicker Park, Bucktown and Lincoln Park.
