Touring a Lincoln Park townhome

by Joe Zekas on 3/7/10

Earlier today Chicago blogger (and Prudential Rubloff agent) Eric Rojas showed me around a 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath Lincoln Park townhome at 1806 N. Larrabee.

The address conceals the fact that the home opens from a quiet interior courtyard. Unlike most townhomes, it’s wider than it is deep, resulting in more natural light than you might expect. In another departure from the typical townhome layout it has a large basement family room with a wet bar. Of particular note to families is the home’s location in the Lincoln Elementary School district.

The $529,900 list price includes a garage space.

Joe,

The video doesn’t appear to be working.

Dan,

I’m watching it now, within the post, without a problem. Probably a temporary YouTube glitch.

Video doesn’t work: Youtube says “This video contains content from YoChicago1, who has blocked it on copyright grounds.” Joe, maybe try logging out of Youtube/clearing cookies and you’ll see that error….

Thanks, Jim.

YouTube glitched out in a strange way. I deleted and re-uploaded the video and it should be working fine.

Thanks Joe!
