Touring the Sangamon Street Condominiums

Here’s some footage of my recent visit to the Sangamon Street Condominiums, which is located at 100 – 110 S Sangamon St in the West Loop. Jim Lynch from Century 21 SGR showed me around the three-bedroom model unit, and according to Lynch, just five homes are still for sale in the three-building development. The remaining three- and four-bedroom condos are priced from the $560s to $1.39 million.

What condos are still available at the Sangamon street condominiums? Are there any corner units left? How large, price?
