Touring the Water Color Condominiums

by Joseph Askins on 11/24/08

I mentioned in last week’s “East Uptown” development roundup that I ventured to the neighborhood on Friday specifically to tour Delphi Ventures’ Water Color Condominiums, a 23-unit, new-construction building at 4150 N Kenmore Ave, immediately east of the elevated tracks and Graceland Cemetery in Buena Park.

@properties has sold nine of Water Color’s two- and three-bedroom homes since marketing began in September, says sales consultant Nadia Barnett. The building doesn’t have a model at the moment, but one of its newest residents gave us permission to check out his two-bedroom unit. In the first video from our walk-through, Nadia takes me through the kitchen and living areas and discusses the developer’s approach to working with his buyers.

Keep an eye out later this week for the second half of my Water Color tour, or watch it now on the YoChicago YouTube channel.
