This year Michael Hampton has taken our own Chuck Gekas on tours through suburban communities developed by J. Lawrence Homes and Smykal Homes. Three of those communities are located in the southwest suburbs: the Carriage Homes at Ravine Woods in Channahon, Ashford Place in Plainfield, and River’s Edge Landing in Minooka.
We’ve already shared footage from these visits in separate videos, but here you can see a home from each one, back to back to back, and get a sense of the similarities and differences in each of these Smykal communities.
