Touring Woodlawn: Kimbark's new homes

by Joseph Askins on 7/15/09

After taking 63rd Street into Woodlawn, Joe Zekas and I headed south along Kimbark Avenue, home to much of the neighborhood’s new construction. I visited Kimbark last year to check out Stonemason Group’s Good Neighbor Award-winning Renaissance on Kimbark at 6613 S Kimbark Ave; now, Stonemason is putting the finishing touches on a similar eight-flat one block north, where 1,700 and 2,800 square-foot homes are selling in the $250s and $340s, respectively.

In this video, Joe and I get out of the Miata and walk around to check out these developments and a few others still under construction.
