I didn’t have any new pictures to complement my Cornelia Court update last week, so consider this a late addition to that post. Mark stopped by 3001 W Cornelia Ave in Avondale yesterday to see how the townhouses look now that the exterior construction has wrapped.
Six buildings comprising 32 townhouses are already up at Cornelia Court. Anchor General’s plans call for two more phases of construction, with 31 homes spread out through seven buildings. Some of those were originally set to deliver as soon as this summer, but all signs point to a longer, slower timetable at this point.
