A few days ago Joe Zekas stopped by Optima Old Orchard Woods in Skokie earlier today to check in with sales manager Eric Richards. Buyer traffic was brisk over the holiday weekend, so he had to wait a bit to catch Eric between showings.
Optima is offering 20 units for 20 percent off by September 20. The offer’s been successful so far, with 10 of the 20 units spoken for, Eric says. One, two, and three-bedroom condos are still available, priced from the high $190s, and FHA financing is available.
