This week Jeff Benach of Lexington Homes tipped us off about two restaurants near his Lexington Square townhomes in Bridgeport that made the Michelin Guide‘s list of “Bib Gourmand” destinations: Han 202 and Nana.
Han 202, which specializes in a fusion of Chinese and American cuisine, is located at 605 W 31st St, putting it just a little over one mile away (or a three-minute drive) from Lexington Square’s townhomes near the intersection of Sangamon and 37th streets. Nana, which serves American cuisine made with local and organic ingredients, is even closer: at 3267 S Halsted St, it’s just six-tenths of a mile away, just a 12-minute stroll north by Google’s calculations.
Michelin recognized 46 restaurants in its inaugural Chicago-area guide for their combinations of good food and good value. At all of the restaurants selected, a diner can get a two-course meal and a glass of wine or dessert for $40 or less.
