Two new West Loop apartment buildings near completion

by Joe Zekas on 7/22/14

The Madison, a 216-unit apartment midrise at 1212 W Madison, is almost entirely closed in. The building’s website has floor plans and rents available, and appears to be offering immediate occupancy, although the building doesn’t appear to ready for occupancy.

Circa 922, 922 W Washington, is topped out at 11 stories. The building’s website is touting occupancy this fall. Floor plans and rents aren’t available yet for the 104-unit building.

With the recent opening of Catalyst, the looming opening of Arkadia and 601 W Jackson, and the addition of several hundred units in smaller properties, the West Loop is shaping up to be a highly competitive market for new apartments.
