Circa 922, 922 W Washington, is topped out at 11 stories. The building’s website is touting occupancy this fall. Floor plans and rents aren’t available yet for the 104-unit building.
With the recent opening of Catalyst, the looming opening of Arkadia and 601 W Jackson, and the addition of several hundred units in smaller properties, the West Loop is shaping up to be a highly competitive market for new apartments.
