Vantage Oak Park is a 20-story, 270-unit contemporary high-rise completed in 2016 at 150 Forest Ave in downtown Oak Park.

Vantage was developed by Golub and Atlanta-based Wood Partners. The internationally-acclaimed Gensler was the architecture firm.

Ground-floor retail space at Vantage has been leased by Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.

Trader Joe’s is three blocks northwest of Vantage. A Target store is slated to open in October of 2017.
