Video: 565 Quincy's furnished model

Joe and I looked at a handful of different homes during our visit to 565 Quincy’s “Wisdom of Q” event last week, but just one of those condos was fully staged as a model. In this video, Belgravia Group marketing director Carmen Krushas shows us a one-bedroom-plus-den furnished model that’s gotten a bright paint job and has been decked out with some Ikea and CB2 furniture.

In addition to the space provided in the actual unit, the home also comes with a 10′ x 10′ “bonus room,” which Krushas says can be used for storage or art projects.
