When you enter the two-story lobby at the new Kenect apartment tower you’re immediately immersed in the loft aesthetic that sets the tone of the building’s apartments and amenities.
The first residents recently moved into Kenect, in the hot Fulton River District, and are enjoying the soaring resident lounge and other amenities.
The lounge includes a party room and a floating stair to a co-working space. A fourth-floor sundeck features a pool, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and a private dog run.
Kenect offers a mix of studio to 3-bedroom apartments. Studios start at $1,745, 1-bedrooms at $2,370 and 2-bedroom, 2-baths at $3,480. Three-bedrooms aren’t currently available for occupancy.
