Video: Getting reacquainted with Avenue East

This first video from my visit to Avenue East, 160 E Illinois St, yesterday is a short interview with agent Casey Ebel from Equity Marketing Services. Ebel was with the project when it launched, nearly five years ago, and after a brief interlude in which Keller Williams Realty took over sales last year, she and Equity Marketing are back, trying to sell off the last nine unsold condos.

Those nine remaining one- and two-bedroom condos are priced from the $390s to $1.08 million. Upcoming videos from Avenue East will show more of the model units and the building’s 26th-floor amenities level.
