Video: Inside a duplex at 813 West Fulton

Here’s some video footage of my visit to 813 W Fulton Market on Friday with @properties agent Mike Vesole. As with several of the other new developments Vesole is marketing, the live / work buildings in the 800 block of Fulton feature “smart home” technology and very high-end and modern finishes. The 3,000 square-foot three-bedroom model is priced at $1.29 million.
