Video: The cost of building green

In this second video from my recent visit to Fountain View, developer Brad Leibov from Terra Firma discusses the costs involved in developing a green building. Later, he talks about how Fountain View, which is located at 2326 W Giddings St in Lincoln Square, fits in with the neighborhood and how it is being received by the community.
