Video tour – Renovated Lincoln Park apartments at The Patricians

The Patricians, 401 W Fullerton, is a renovated vintage high-rise that has 24/7 door staff in a grand lobby that also serves as a resident lounge.

The showplace at The Patricians is a rambling, colorful rooftop sundeck that wraps around the building and has gas grills, lounge and table seating and views of the park and skyline.

There’s a fitness room with a splash of color, cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, and decorative ceiling tiles. The building has a nicely-equipped laundry room that has vending machines.

The studio to 3-bedroom apartments have hardwood flooring and vintage details that include crown moldings. Kitchens have granite counters, and a stainless steel appliance package with a dishwasher and built-in microwave. The apartments have good closet space and updated bath fixtures.

The Patricians has a convenient and fun location – a short walk from the beach, the 18-mile lakefront trail, the Lincoln Park Zoo and conservatory gardens, the seasonal farmers market at the nature museum, and fly-fishing lessons at the tranquil North Pond.

The building is steps from Clark Street’s vibrant, pedestrian-friendly strip of shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes and bars. DePaul University is a 15-minute walk along some of Lincoln Park’s most beautiful blocks. Grocery shopping is around the corner at The Big Apple. A Walgreens Pharmacy is a block north and a few more blocks gets you to a flagship Walgreens, Trader Joe’s, a Walmart Neighborhood Market and Century Cinema.

There’s bus service at the corner and in the park, and quick access to Lake Shore Drive.

Currently available studios start at $1,345, convertibles at $1,420, 1-bedrooms at $1,460, and 2-bedrooms at $2,440. Three-bedrooms are unavailable at this time. Floor plans and near real-time rent and availability info are online.
