We recently posted on our visit to the sales center for the new River North high-rise Walton on the Park and the hefty sales brochure we were given.
During our visit, we got a tour of the development’s three-bedroom model unit from Ralph Oliva, a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales agent who is marketing the project.
The building is set to break ground in September. First deliveries are scheduled for September of 2009 for the south tower and one year later for the north tower.
