Yesterday morning I drove down to Woodlawn to meet @properties agent Hasani Steele and tour one of his newly sold-out properties, The Renaissance on Kimbark, where three-bedroom duplexes and single-floor units sold in the $230s to the $340s. Steele is marketing an identical building, called The Renaissance on the Park, just one block north in the 6500 block of South Kimbark Avenue.
