On Tuesday, I traveled down to Woodlawn to view three new buildings that are being built by Greenline Development, The Myers, The Baldwin and The Hathaway. All three buildings are still under construction, and the The Myers, 6617 S Ingleside Ave, is the only one with a furnished model, so I toured that below-grade model with Greenline principal Benjamin Van Horn.
Six of the eight homes in The Myers have been sold, and the two remaining two-bedroom / two-bath condos are priced in the $140s and the $180s. As I’ve written before, the Partnership for New Communities is offering a $20,000 gift to buyers at each of these three developments that’s intended to be spent on down payments and closing costs.
