After viewing the two-bedroom corner unit at Mondial last week, Jameson Real Estate agent Brant Booker and I went down the hall to have a look at a 700 square-foot one-bedroom / one-bath furnished model. According to Booker, the condo shown in the video is priced in the $230s, which is at the low end of one-bedrooms in Mondial. At the end of the video, Booker and I briefly check out an unfurnished two-bedroom / two-bath corner unit.
When I was there, workers were also busy putting together a studio model as well. Studios in Mondial are priced from the $230s to the $280s.
