As I mentioned in yesterday’s snapshot post, the Yo staff had never actually ventured into any of the units at 200 North Dearborn since American Invsco launched sales there last summer. So when I called up the sales staff on Monday to get an update on availability and pricing, I asked if I could swing by and shoot a little video of those homes.
Sales consultant Janet Seehausen met me at the tower’s sales center on Wednesday afternoon and took me through several of the building’s models, ranging from a unit that has been only minimally improved from its previous form as an apartment to a home finished with Invsco’s “elite” upgrade package. As we ventured through the model units, we talked a little about the history of the building, how Invsco decides what to improve in its buildings (and when), and how its incentives work.
