Visiting The Superior at LaSalle in River North

Joe Zekas joined Steven Maher of Maher Partners last week for an overview of The Superior at LaSalle, a boutique high-rise in the heart of the River North Gallery District.

The 54-unit development is nearing sellout but still has units for sale with 15-foot-high windows and dramatic city views.

Please Define nearing sellout? Also, how long ago was it completed, at least in 2007 i am thinking
