As everyone with an interest in the project knows by now, the current proposal for redevelopment of the Children’s Memorial Hospital site in Lincoln Park includes nearly 1,000 apartments in 14-, 24- and 27-story towers and 164,500 square feet of retail space.
The proposal, which requires a rezoning of the property, will be discussed at a Town Hall Meeting this evening, from 6 to 8 pm, in Room 120 of the DePaul Student Center, 2250 N Sheffield. The meeting will be streamed live.
