Chicago’s Pride Festival begins June 18 and 19th and caps off with the 47th annual Pride Parade on Sunday, June 26.

Lakeview’s newest full-amenity apartment high-rise, Halsted Flats is on the parade route, affording residents a great view of the event.

Halsted Flats has a sprawling landscaped pool deck with a whirlpool, gas grills and plenty of space to relax. There’s also a fitness room, a resident lounge, and a demonstration kitchen.

Apartments at Halsted Flats have hardwood floors, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, upscale finishes and in-unit washer / dryers.
