Website for South Loop’s the LEX, formerly Lexington Park, goes live

by Joe Zekas on 3/12/12

There’s been a great deal of interest over the past several years in the condo-turned-apartment tower at 2138 S Indiana Ave formerly known as Lexington Park.

The development has been relaunched as the LEX and its website is now live, complete with enough detail to answer most questions. The leasing center is expected to open later this week. In the meantime, you can check out the floor plans, rent schedule and photos.

I noticed the website does not have any floor plans or prices for the smaller tower. Any info on these units?

I believe the shorter part of the tower is owner occupied and the large Tower is all rental via ST.
