Developer Dubin Residential is selling the final three condos at Welbourn Row, 2933 N Clybourn Ave in Hamlin Park, with free deeded parking. According to Dubin’s web site, the offer lasts only until the end of this month. The new 30-unit development has one- and two-bedroom condos, and the three remaining units are priced from the $300s.
Dubin also is trying to entice shoppers to other developments by offering incentives like a free Whirlpool washer and dryer at The Wabash Club and Shoemaker Lofts. At Kilbourn Court, Dubin will knock $10,000 off the price or give you a 5 percent 30-year fixed-rate mortgage. All offers are good only until the end of June, after which point we’re hoping the incentives get a little more exciting. Free hot air balloon rides, anyone?
