No, South Triangle isn’t a place where planes mysteriously disappear. It’s what we’re calling the wedge of the South Side between I-94, the Skyway and 95th Street, which includes Park Manor, Chatham, West Chesterfield, Burnside, Calumet Heights, Avalon Park (pictured), Marynook and Stony Island Park. Throughout the week, we’ll be bringing you development and housing news from these largely residential neighborhoods, where tidy single-family homes, many of them brick bungalows, are available in the $200s.
