West Loop apartment plan switches to offices

The Chicago Architecture Blog is reporting the latest variation on Jupiter Realty’s plans for a site at 108 N Jefferson in the West Loop.

The current proposal – which may not be the final result – calls for a 20-story office building rather than rental apartments.

We’ve updated our map (above) and at-a-glance list of proposed new downtown apartment towers to reflect this development.
