My visit to The Brixton Group‘s CA23 on Wednesday wasn’t a first for YoChicago. Mark attended a grand opening party for the condos at 23 N Aberdeen St in the West Loop back in February and even brought back some video of his visit. I stopped by yesterday to check out the development without all the noise and revelry. Brixton Group CEO / President Geoff Ruttenberg met up with me and walked me through the project.
