What's up with Lincoln Park 2520?

by Joseph Askins on 6/30/09

Answer: Not a lot. There’s a construction trailer on site, but no equipment and no signs of progress beyond the demolition of the old Columbus Hospital. They do, however, have a construction fence fit for a top-shelf Lincoln Park development.

I saw that they published these “artist renderings” on the web yesterday:

I am a buyer with a current contract at LP2520. I spoke with a representative from the developer this week and they are now asking for an additional 6 months to complete the project. That means July of 2012 is the target. There is way to much uncertainty unless they will renegotiate the sale price.

Is there a yahoogroup or private blog where buyers of 2520 can gather together to form a decision on whether to move forward on this project or not?

curious,

No groups or private blogs that I’m aware of.

You can start a group at our New Home Notebook site. Membership can be open by invitation only or by request only, and only group members can see the content. Discussion forums can be started privately within the group, and group members can send messages to each other.

If you start a group, post a link to it in a new comment here.

What are/were the terms and requirements to go under contract on a unit? Certain percentage of purchase price as deposit or something else?
