When South Loop buyers lined up at 4:30 in the morning

In October of 2006 we reported that between 400 and 500 prospective buyers attended the opening of Museum Park Place South, some of them arriving at 4:30 a.m. for the 8 a.m. opening.

In March of 2009 we were reporting that, with 159 of its 276 units still available, the building hadn’t yet hit the 50% sales mark.

Crain’s Chicago Real Estate Daily, back in December of 2010, reported that sales at the project continued to be stalled.

And, as of today, 150 units are still listed for sales in the building.
