We stopped in at a brokers’ open house at Lexington Square townhomes in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood, and asked half a dozen real estate agents to tell us their favorite things about Bridgeport.
There were a few recurring themes: location, neighborliness and value, price levels the agents perceived as half of comparable new townhomes in Hyde Park or Lincoln Park.
