Realtor Rich Kasper has just posted listings for a eight-unit, new construction development at 1733 W Cornelia Ave, on the corner of Cornelia and Lincoln avenues in Roscoe Village. I haven’t been able to reach Kasper, who was with Century 21 Sussex & Reilly prior to Sudler Sotheby’s International Realty‘s buyout, so I don’t have all of the details to share just yet, but a development brochure (PDF) on Kasper’s Web site offers quite a bit of information.
The brochure says 1733 West Cornelia was constructed with “environmental stewardship,” but it doesn’t offer much in the way of details. It also says that the homes will feature “Illinois native landscaping on private decks to promote ‘green living’ and good karma.” Other features include the “zen inspired spa bathrooms to promote peace and tranquility” and the “state of the art Xbox information command center in kitchen.”
The building will have one-, two- and three-bedroom condos with 877 to 1,767 square feet of floor space. All of the homes will have outdoor space, and each comes with two garage parking spaces. Prices for the eight condos range from the $330s to the $720s.
