Yo's Quad Communities tour: Genesis II brings new single-families to North Kenwood-Oakland

The third stop on my Quad Communities home tour was a 4,000 square-foot single-family home at 4314 S Greenwood Ave in North Kenwood-Oakland. The home is one of the 16 single-families planned for the Genesis Housing Development Corporation‘s Genesis II project, says Lauren Lowery, principal of Finders Plus Real Estate. Each built-to-order home will have 3,000 to 4,000 square feet and will start in the high $400s or low $500s, Lowery says.
