Yo’s weekly condo rental update

The number of downtown homes listed for rent on the MLS has leveled off in the past few weeks. By our count, there was a net change of just three units from last Friday and today, from 1,830 to 1,827. Will we see numbers rise back past 1,900 once the new year arrives?
