Six weeks ago I toured a newly-built home at 1848 W Erie St in a sponsored video with Izabela Sloma of Sergio & Banks. The home had been listed for sale at $849,900 and just closed at $790,000.
Two new homes immediately east were under construction during my visit, and one of them, 1842 W Erie St, was recently listed for sale at $869,900.
A very similar resale home a few doors to the east at 1830 W Erie St just came on the market priced at $1,199,000. It appears to have a slightly higher level of finishes than the other two homes – but $400K worth?
