Yo market-watch: Single-family homes under $1M in Chicago

No doubt about it: It sucks to be a family looking for a new-construction single-family home under $1 million in Chicago. Here’s CA Development‘s latest offering, Mayfair Crossing, a collection of homes on a former industrial site at Kilpatrick and Berteau, on the Northwest Side. It’s a collection of 26 three and four-bedroom homes ranging from 2,400 to 3,100 square feeet, priced from the $500s to the $700s.
