2500 N Lakeview, Lincoln Park High-rise Living

In this series of sponsored videos Urban Living’s Jeff Herbert shows me around Lincoln Park (the park) and takes a look at the high-rise living options fronting the park.

In this segment we look across North Pond and Diversey Harbor at 2500 N Lakeview, a 30-story high-rise built in the 1970s. Until 2520, which is currently under construction, this was the only high-rise on Lakeview built as a condo, and the only one with private outdoor space (balconies) for many of its units.
