What the …? Seems some homeowner handed his two-year-old a crayon one rainy afternoon and told him to design a penthouse addition before bedtime for this Ukrainian Village two-flat. Actually, Yo’s truly is at a loss to explain what happened to this house on North Wolcott Avenue, photographed by Michael Jarecki. We can see some signage in all the windows, so maybe it’s a gut rehab. More scenes from the U.V after the jump.
