Heading upriver to Chicago’s Northwest side

We folded our New Homes Magazine several years ago, but still enjoy looking back on some of the lengthier stories we published about Chicago neighborhoods during its tenure.

Five years ago we went upriver for a glimpse of Avondale, Irving Park, Albany Park, North Park and Sauganash. Development was booming in that stretch of Chicago’s northwest at the time. It isn’t now, and many of the projects we spotlighted then are now up the proverbial creek. Use the search box at the upper right to find our follow-on reports, and head to our video page to search for property tours.
