30 E. Huron hits 30% sold mark

Great views, affordable prices and a hot River North location have been the biggest draws at 30 E. Huron, according to developer Crescent Heights, which has sold more than 30 percent of the units at the 56-story condo conversion.
“We’re offering extremely competitive prices per square foot in this area,” said Tami Scully, sales director for Crescent Heights. “Residences start at just $208,900…”

The development has 460 condos ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, priced from the $200s to the $500s. Floor plans range from 643 to 1,543 square feet, though units can be combined for 2,500 square feet or more. Some include in-unit washers and dryers, and deeded parking is available.

“We’ve been discreetly completing the renovations as individual leases come up, so at any time, there is a range of layouts, prices and square footage available,” Scully said.

The building has an outdoor pool, a sun deck, new barbeque grills, a new private screening theater, a fitness center, a 24-hour concierge, a dry cleaner and two restaurants – Jake Melnick’s Corner Tap and L’Appetito Deli.

Seven models are open on site, at 30 E. Huron.
