The Habitat Company‘s Kingsbury Plaza apartment building is well underway at 520 N Kingsbury St, with occupancy slated for summer 2007. The high-rise was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz. Amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor pool and a rooftop deck. Thought the architecture of this building might add fodder for the interesting modernism v neo-historicism debate underway in the comments section of an earlier post.
