340 Evergreen model to open within a month

True to its name, there aren’t very many new-construction developments going up in Old Town right now. In fact, for folks that are intent on buying a new condo in Old Town, this eight-unit building at 340 W Evergreen Ave represents one of the neighborhood’s only options. It is the largest new-construction development in Old Town currently listed in the NewHomeNotebook database.

As the plywood in one of the top-floor windows indicates, the building is still under construction, but according to Jennifer Liu of Jameson Real Estate, the building is almost finished. Liu says she plans to open a model unit in the building within a month, and most of the homes should be ready for delivery in 30 to 45 days.

Four three- and four-bedroom condos are still for sale in the eight-unit building, Liu says. Three 2,400 square-foot three-bedroom / 2.5-bath homes are priced from the $680s to the $720s, and one 4,100 square-foot four-bedroom / 3.5-bath duplex is priced at $1.35 million.

All of the homes come with what Liu estimates to be about 300 square feet of outdoor space. Parking isn’t included in the price, and each parking space is priced at $30,000.
