During my visit to Old Town’s 340 Evergreen on Tuesday, I pulled out the camcorder and asked Jameson Real Estate agent Mike Hulett to give us an overview of the eight-unit development. As I wrote yesterday, the developer recently adjusted the prices at 340 Evergreen by $15,000 to $100,000 per unit, and four of the eight condos have been sold.
