We’re glad this vintage commercial building, at the corner of Quincy and Jefferson streets, is going to be spared the wrecking ball; instead, it’s going to get a heaping helping of new-construction condos when Belgravia Group completes its 565 Quincy. We’ve told you about their plans to add 11 floors of new construction and convert the top three floors to lofts, and we’ve also found out the building will have a bowling alley, movie screening room, putting green, rooftop deck and fitness center.
