565 Quincy uses new models to make push toward closeout

565 Quincy, Chicago565 Quincy represented one of the bright spots in downtown’s new-construction market last year. Between that building and 600 Lake Shore Drive, Belgravia Group condos represented a third of all new home sales in the area.

According to a new press release from 565 and @properties, fewer than 25 units are still available, and more than 200 homes are already occupied. Buyers still have a choice of more than a dozen floor plans, located either on the development’s lower loft floors or its higher tower condo levels.

As a part of a push toward closeout, the sales staff has put together two new decorated model homes. One, a one-bedroom / 1.5-bath loft on the sixth floor, has 981 square feet, 11-foot ceiling heights, exposed concrete and ductwork, an open living area, an island kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large den, and 90 square feet of outdoor space.

The other, a two-bedroom / two-bath condo on the 13th floor, has a split floor plan, western exposures, a master suite with two walk-in closets and a bath with double-bowl vanitie and separate shower and tub, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a 13′ x 5′ balcony, and a laundry closet.

Available junior one-bedrooms start in the $150s, one-bedrooms start in the $250s, and two-bedrooms start from the $320s. Each of the one- and two-bedroom units comes with one garage parking space.
