565 Quincy at halfway point in sales

565 Quincy construction

About 50 percent of the units in Belgravia Group‘s 565 Quincy have sold, says sales associate Julie Schneider. Construction on the adaptive-reuse project is moving along, as Schneider says they recently topped out with steel framing, and many of the balconies are in place. (See the construction photo above that I grabbed from the building’s Web site.)

565 Quincy floor planBelgravia Group is adding 11 new floors to the top of an existing seven-story building. The seven-story base will comprise 54 lofts, and the new-construction floors will be one- and two-bedroom condos. About 25 of those 54 lofts are still available, and Schneider says the marketing team is pushing those because move-ins for the lofts start in December.

Buyers will start moving into the condos in next March, but construction won’t be completed until the end of next year.

Pricing for the lofts range from the $260s to the $440s, while the condos start in the $210s for “junior” one-bedrooms and top out in the $420s. A floor plan for one of those 548-square foot one-bedrooms is above, at right. Five of those are left, Schneider says.
